お手入れ方法
枕はドライクリーニングのみで、洗濯機は使用できません。小さな汚れは最小限の水で部分洗いできます。詳しいお手入れ方法は、枕のお手入れラベルに記載されています。
運送
すべてのご注文は購入後の翌営業日に発送するよう努めております。需要が多い時期には、商品の発送にさらに1日かかる場合があります。すべての商品はNZ Post/Courier Postで発送され、追跡は発送され次第メールで提供されます。
Shipping Information

Shipping within New Zealand is free for all orders. Orders will be shipped direct from our Mosgiel based factory and will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. Estimated shipping times is 1-2 business days for South Island & 2-3 business days for North Island after dispatch.

During periods of high demand it may take an additional 1-2 business days. If for some reason we're not able to meet this timeframe, then we aim to make contact with the customer within this time period to let them know of any potential delays.
Orders are shipped via the NZ Post network and tracking will be provided once an order is ready to collect.
